Customers, please leave the meter lids on the meter boxes (this is not your shut off and you do not need to be in the meter box) a shut off for your line should on your side of the meter box maybe two feet or so from the meter box, this is your shut off. In the event that you have taken the lid off of your meter box and the meter has frozen and busted you will responsible for a new meter.
During these cold temperatures it is a good idea to leave your water run at least a pencil lead size to keep your water from freezing! If you have a busted pipe or water leak, please contact a plumber immediately!
