Water bills may be paid in person at City Hall, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays of each week (excluding state and national holidays) between 8am and 5pm. For your convenience water bills can also be dropped off in our drop boxes or bills may also be paid online via credit card. Go to http://pay.softtelpay.com or call 1-855-483-5729 to pay your bill by credit card. Use ID code 72662-11 and the info on your bill, you will need to provide your account number (000000.00) which is located in two places on your bill: the bottom left-hand corner and right above your name and address on the right-hand side of the bill.
